Wellbeing Practitioner/Counsellor Required: Swindon, Wiltshire

Working Pattern:17.5 or 21 hours per week.Holiday Entitlement:25 days per year + bank holidays.Salary:£27,000 per annum (this is based on a full-time salary, if you are applying for a part time post, the salary will be pro-rated).Are you a skilled and experienced mental health professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the world? S&G Mind are seeking Wellbeing Practitioner to help shape local mental health services within Swindon and beyond.As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will lead on person-centred assessment, offering safety and support planning to the people accessing the service as well as engaging with other system partners to support your caseload and influence transformation of mental health services.
