Experienced Welder required in, Purfleet , Essex

Salary : �38,000 P/A

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Main Responsibilities :

• Scenic Metal Work


• Work alongside all relevant departments and workshops, ensuring specifications and demands are met.


• Ensure materials and stock levels are maintained, reported and recorded in accordance with workshop procedure.


• Hazardous materials stored in line with best practice and COSHH requirements


• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process


• Operate hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding


• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements :

• A recognised metalwork/welding qualification or equivalent experience is essential


• Knowledge of Mig/Tig/Arc/Spot welding, brazing and soldering.
