Hawk-3 Talent Solutions are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our well-known client for a Welder/Fabricator based in the Bristol area.
For this role you will be required to perform the following Welder/Fabricator roles:
Select appropriate welder/machine and tooling to manufacture components as
specified on drawings.
Use of related shop equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment.
Select appropriate materials for each job as described in the drawings.
Check and verify accuracy of components once manufactured (self-inspection)
Daily and accurate completion of records including timesheets/travellers.
Report any manufacturing errors to Machine Shop Manager, so corrective action
can be agreed.
Ideally you will have the below experience/requirements:
Ability to stick and TIG Weld
Operate entry level (basic) the manual mill, manual lathe, and pillar drill.
Experience of working with a wide variety of materials
Knowledge of manufacturing protocols
Pay Information, Work Hours and Company Incentives
Regular Overtime and Weekend work available at Time and a Half and Double Time
Working schedule 07:30-15:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish Friday.
