Salary �15.12 per hour or �29,090 annually + over time at 1.5 or x 2, Keynsham, BS31, 33 days holiday, pension, sick pay, parking, Monday to Friday, 37 hour week, flexible start and finish times, Permanent role.

A great opportunity to join an established, friendly and stable manufacturing company in Keynsham as a welder fabricator, tig welder, welder, who is able to work from drawings and to specific tolerances. This roleis due to retirement and reports to the Machine Shop Manager.

The welder fabricator, tig welder, welder role involves:

• Welding and fabricating to manufacture components as specified on drawings.
• Stick (MMA or MMAW) mig and tig welding
• Use of related workshop equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Select appropriate materials for each job as described in the drawings.
• Check and verify accuracy of components once manufactured (self-inspection)
• Accurate completion of records for work completed
• Report any manufacturing errors to Machine Shop Manager, so corrective action

can be agreed.

• Work closely with the machine shop team to ensure business objectives are achieved.

The welder fabricator, tig welder, welder position would suit a candidate who is apprentice trained or national technial training program or equivalent, or a time served person with relevant experience.

The welder fabricator, tig welder, welder candidate is likely have:

• Ability to stick and mig/tig weld
• City & Guilds or NVQ or equivalent qualifications in welding and fabrication
• Ability to read drawings in imperial and metric
• Knowledge of manufacturing protocols
• Experience working with a variety of materials
• Any basic manual machining and pillar drills would be beneficial but not essential.

The welder fabricator, tig welder, welder role is working with an established and friendly production engineering company on the outskirts of Bristol in Keynsham, where you will get full product training and be an integral part of the team.
