you'll tackle diverse challenges and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your key tasks include:
Setting and delivering whole vehicle weight targets utilising sound engineering knowledge, lightweight technology trends, BoM weight roll ups and vehicle/part measurement.
Managing own project related activities including creating and presenting reports to Senior Management .
Planning and managing programmes, leading weight
reduction work-streams, working in close cooperation with other functions to ensure achievement of weight targets.
Constructively challenging & influencing engineering departments to deliver targets.
Calculating Vehicle weight and mass properties (Centre of Gravity and Moment of Inertias) using a variety of methods and data sources.
