Weekend Head Waiter
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and friendly Head Waiter to join a beautiful and elegant high-end restaurant in swanky Chelsea.
If you are looking for weekend work during your studies or whilst you’re busy working on your other dream during the week this could be the right role for you! The working schedule involves working 36 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and you will be paid on an hourly basis.
The restaurant team is looking for someone with a great personality, a passion for customer service and hospitality, and a natural inclination for being hospitable.
For their hard work and commitment, the Head Waiter will be rewarded with:

The successful Head Waiter:
Has relevant Waiter experience in a similar setting
Can supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff
Has experience of training new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies.
Is a fast learner and can gain up to date knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
Can maximise revenue opportunities through up selling
Is friendly and approachable with a genuine passion for food and the Hospitality industry
Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a flexible approach
Is able to work in a high pressurised environment
