Working Hours: Fri-Sun 07:00-18:00hrs & Mon 07:00-12:30hrs

Job Description
  • The key focus of this role will be on managing production schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage the weekend operations and oversee the production process
  • Assign tasks to employees, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules, identify any potential delays or bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning of the equipment and machinery.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to address any production related challenges and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide performance feedback and conduct performance evaluation for employees, identify training needs and development opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and production metrics to present to key stakeholders.

Weekend Shift Leader
Essential Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications
  • Experience in supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience using relevant software for production management reporting
