We are recruiting a full-time Sous Chef . Reporting directly to our Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of our banqueting fine dining experience, not split shifts and pre orders only

work a quota of weddings per year split of 4 quarters basis, summer months are the busiest (no, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
Job Description
- To produce food to a high standard in line with the Country House and Customer expectation, ensuring the reputation of The Venue and The Group
- Support the Head and stepping up when the Head Chef is absent to fully support
- To assist with training more junior team members and encouraging casual team members.
- To attend chefs meetings and in house meetings as and when required
- Hours will include Breakfast shifts and Evening Buffet Shifts, but no split shifts
- To maintain health and hygiene standards, ensure up to date with all new and current legislation including allergens.
