The RoleImperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees who are looking for a Website Manager to join the team in Bristol.
As part of the Consumer Marketing Team, reporting into the Consumer Experience Manager, you’ll spend most of your days publishing content – that will include but is not exhaustive to, upcycling existing articles, publishing blogs, creating landing pages whilst ensuring our online presence for both our blu and Rizla websites are fully SEO (Search Engine Optimised) optimised.
To ensure success, you must display excellent understanding of content management systems, be comfortable troubleshooting the websites and constantly improving the User Experience of the websites.Principal Accountabilities
Utilise our CMS platforms to build engaging digital experiences for our branded websites, ensuring we continuously improve the customer journey.
Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to support product launches with dedicated landing pages and conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics and insuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites and understanding 360 connect between offline and online including the role of social media
Skills & Experience Required
Content Editing experience
Email campaign knowledge
Social Media campaign knowledge including paid media
Ability to map consumer journeys across digital platforms
Photoshop experience
