Part-time Website Administrator – Professional Institution – up to £33k pro rata + benefits, hybrid working

Our client is a high-profile professional institution providing membership services, they’re looking for a part-time Website Specialist to join their friendly and supportive team working 3 days per week. Salary is up to £20k (£33k pro rata) DOE + benefits. As well as a supportive and flexible working environment, they offer contributory pension scheme, and regular staff socials amongst other benefits.
As Website Administrator, you will support with the delivery of an exciting new website strategy. Using your digital skills across SEO, CRM, and CMS tools you be responsible for website management and website monitoring, reporting on website performance, and supporting with website queries from the collaborative team, ensuring that our client’s website is the best in class!
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to maintain and develop the website, coordinate projects, and optimise the user journey.
This Website Administrator role requires an analytical thinker who can support with website issues, and monitor the overall website performance as part of the marketing team.
What do I need?
Great attention to detail
Excellent SEO knowledge
Experience in CMS (Pixl8/Preside ideally)
Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics ideally)
Familiarity with with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Brilliant communication skills
Strong time & project management skills
An analytical and collaborative mindset
