Experience/Skills

• Previous sales or lead generation experience, whether face to face or over the phone
• Interacting professionally with potential customers via webchat, phone and email to discover their business/personal needs and develop a positive relationship
• Working in a competitive and target driven positions
• Working on a dialer system whereby customer interactions and volumes are determined through the systems
• Experience of using CRM systems to capture notes and feedback from all customer interactions

Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the business, promote the services and its products.
• Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviours and values.
• Scheduling call backs for customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators.
• Using specific systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and queries.
• Working together with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to support colleagues and share best practices.
