Our client is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join their team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of their new website. This role requires a strong background in building and scoping websites and experience working with external agencies. The successful candidate will bring creative input and innovative ideas to create a unique website in the care industry.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with external design agencies and internal teams to scope, build, and maintain a new website that stands out in the healthcare industry.

  • Work closely with the IT team and designers to ensure an outstanding result and smooth redesign process.

  • Manage website content and updates in-house, making amends as needed and ensuring the website remains current and effective.

  • Oversee SEO strategies and digital marketing efforts to enhance the website's visibility and user experience.

  • Support the digital marketing assistant in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

  • Gather content and manage product information to create a seamless customer journey.

  • Utilize the latest technology to integrate features such as podcast links and other interactive elements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to inform and educate visitors about finding care and exploring the company's services.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in web development, scoping, and maintaining websites.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing best practices.

  • Ability to manage and work with external agencies, design teams, and IT teams.

  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and uniqueness.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role after 12 months.
