Our client is a market leading reseller, based in the North Wiltshire area.

About the Job:
Lead Web Developement team, over-seeing development of digital products and services.
Support the implementation of the organisation’s digital strategy and help to shape it, working closely with the Director of Digital Strategy and Head of Technology.
Customisation of Content Managemt System (CMS)
Where needed, support external contractors to ensure on time and high-quality project outcomes
Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports as well as managing, supporting and motivating staff. Create a positive working environment where direct reports can flourish as an individual and within the team
About You:
Worked with technologies including Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, Javascript, Typescript, React, Next.js
Extensive experience within a digital agency or digital development environment.
Proven ability in frontend and backend development.
Extensive experience of working with Git version control
Proven, formal, management experience.
