Key Responsibilities:
Continuously add, improve, and maintain company websites, including front-end and back-end development, design, technical SEO, functionality improvements, and more.
Ownership of all technical components of the website, including upkeep, analytics, speed, security, and new tools.
Design, develop, and maintain marketing websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective digital content.
Ensure website functionality and perform regular updates.
Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Manage website analytics and generate regular reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
Coordinate with external vendors and developers as needed.
Knowledge Requirements:
Solid experience in WordPress development is essential.
High-level knowledge and experience of HTML, PHP, CSS (sass/less), and JavaScript.
UX - An interest in user experience.

Strong project management within technical sprints.
Understanding of responsive design & best practice.
Experience with multiple Content Management Systems.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Driven and self-motivated to find and solve problems across the business.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Web design skills are an advantage.
The ability to translate designs into development on pages consistently.
