GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with one of Worcestershire’s leading financial planning & wealth management companies. We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.



This is an office based role and as our client has offices in Droitwich and Gloucester, you will be solely based at one of these locations, but you must be flexible to travel to the other office to work when required.



This position is working Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm. You will be offered a competitive salary, dependant on experience.



As a Senior Client Services Administrator, you will work closely with the Financial Planners to deliver excellent client services. You will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks on behalf of the Financial Planners. You will also be a point of contact for clients, on behalf of the Financial Planners so you must be able to communicate effectively, clearly and pro-actively.

Senior Client Services Administrator Responsibilities:




  • Maintain back-office systems and client records.

  • Process all business in line with processes and procedures, collating AML documentation as required.

  • Workflow management and use of technology.

  • Identify and coach team members through training and competencies, to enhance skills and competencies.

  • Work alongside the Client Services Manager in the day to day running of the team.

  • Liaise with operational teams to provide coaching and upskilling as well as monitoring of processes and procedures.

  • Assist in developing processes and procedures that are realistic and fully usable for the team to ensure streamlining and efficiencies are in place.

  • Be responsible for general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to planners by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.



Skills and Experience Required:




  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrator or equivalent within financial planning/wealth management.

  • CII/CISI/LIBF Qualification Level 3 or above (desirable but not essential)

  • Experience of working with Intelliflo software would be advantageous.

  • Have experience in coaching and training team members.
