Water Technician (inc Mechanical Engineer duties)Salary: £38-40kLocation: Various – London & surrounding areasExtra - Company Van Provided The opportunity has arisen for a Water treatment engineer role at Pareto FM to deliver Water Hygiene services across various sites.DutiesTo include, but not limited to: Cooling tower weekly sampling regime. Cooling tower monthly mechanical component maintenance regime. Water temperature monitoring. Descaling of showerheads & hoses. Flushing of little used outlets. TMV servicing and inspections. Hot Water Cylinder maintenance. Expansion/Pressure Vessel Services. Up keep of on-site logbooks. Qualifications: Similar experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Operative or Environmental Service Technician is required. Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 parts 1,2,3. Plumbing qualifications up to NVQ Level 2 (Desirable) Experience using Laptop / Compliance systems for reporting.
