Job Title: Water Hygiene Operations Supervisor
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits �27k - �40k + Benefits
We are working closely with an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Operations Supervisor. This role would suit a candidate who has a strong understanding of water hygiene regulations and experience working 'on the tools' for an established water hygiene / treatment company. The client will consider applications from an already established supervisor, as well as, those with extensive experience working as an engineer, who are confident in using their technical knowledge to act as lead on site, provide training to other engineers, and work closely with the customers to ensure that work will be completed in line with agreed time frames. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will come from a strong Water Hygiene / Legionella background, working in an operations / supervisor position for a reputable company.
" Excellent knowledge of ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication and time management skills.
" IT Literate.
The Role:
" Acting as first point of contact for clients; ensuring that a high quality service is being delivered and that work is going to be completed in line with agreed timeframes.
" Travelling to sites to provide excellent onsite training to employees.
" Ensuring continuous improvement, development and effectiveness across all services.
" Supervising and developing a team of engineers, carrying out routine appraisals and development reviews.
" Ensuring sufficient resources are available.
" Efficiently resolving any issues that arise on site.
" Providing excellent technical advice and support to clients, acting as first point of contact.
" Ensuring that KPIs and targets are being met.
" Where applicable undertaking water hygiene / treatment tasks.
" Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with ACoP L8 / Health & Safety guidelines.
