Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.

We are working closely with a longstanding and renowned Water Hygiene / Legionella consultancy who are now seeking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer. The successful candidate will be carrying out various L8 monitoring duties including water sampling, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and tank inspection and cleans, across Healthcare and Commercial, Local Authority, Leisure, and Government sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have a strong background within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, working for an established company.
" Will be well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to communicate with clients / colleagues efficiently.
" Will have excellent time management skills.
" Good IT skills.
The Role:
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Tank inspections and cleans.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Carrying out showerhead cleans and descales.
" Ensuring onsite logbooks are up to date and accurate.
" Carrying out work on site in compliance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8.
