Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Bromley, Kent.
Salary / Benefits: �22k - �32k + Company Vehicle + Benefits
A professional and expanding Water Hygiene company are looking to recruit a switched-on Water Hygiene Engineer to oversee a diverse client base across Local Authority, Educational, Healthcare, and Industrial contracts. Candidates will be travelling across the London / Kent / Essex area delivering water hygiene and legionella monitoring tasks to L8 guidelines. The company can offer the successful candidate a varied role, with scope for career development within a successful and growing business.
Consideration will be given to candidates based; Dartford, Erith, Gravesend, Rochester, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Swanley, Bromley, Croydon, South London, Grays, Rainham, Basildon, Stanford-le-Hope, Romford, Hornchurch and the surrounding areas.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Current / Previous experience working within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene sector.
- Experience carrying out Legionella PPM works to ACoP L8.
- IT literate and confident in the use of PDA systems.
Duties:
- Working across Commercial and Industrial contracts carrying out legionella monitoring and sampling regimes to Hot and Cold-water systems.
- Cleans and disinfections of Cooling Tower
- Showerhead descales.
- Flushing of small outlets.
- Calorifiers inspections.
- Disinfections and chlorinations.
- TMV servicing.
- Inspections on Calorifiers, CWST and TMVs.
- Basic remedial works on domestic systems including Dead-leg removals.
