Water Hygiene Engineer

Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician.
Location: Walsall, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits �22k - �35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is an industry leading Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company with a presence across the UK. They are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Technician to cover Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, Local Authority, and Commercial sites across the West Midlands region. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry working as an engineer / technician.
" Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
" IT literate.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Must be happy to travel and stay away as part of the role.
Working across a varied site base carrying out:
" Water sampling & temperature monitoring.
" Flushing of little used outlet.
" Showerhead and hose descale.
" Cleans and disinfections of hot and cold-water systems.
" TMV inspection / serving and failsafes.
" Calorifier clean / descales.
" Mains injections.
" Carrying out water analysis and sampling.
" Expansion vessel servicing.
" Carrying out audits on site and reporting findings.
" Working in accordance with ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks accurately.
