The perfect applicant should be organized, have experience leading a small team and enjoys motivating others to work at a quick and efficient pace.Oversee a team of 3-10 team members and adhere to all federal and NH labor lawsEnsure that the daily parking operation in multiple parking lots runs smoothly and efficientlyCommunicate with other departments to anticipate and prepare for bus navigation and large group entriesWelcome and communicate with guests in a quick but friendly mannerProvide added security for parking lots and enforce all park policiesDirect emergency services such as fire and police in all emergenciesEnsures cleanliness and appropriate set up of all parking lots at the start of each dayAssist other departments as neededOther duties as assignedSKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:At least 18 years OR 16+ with prove leadership experienceDemonstrates a strong attention to detail and understands how to follow and communicate parking patternsDemonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skillsDemonstrates excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsAbility to work in various weather and temperature conditionsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysTeam member benefits:Working at Water Country is about making people happy.
