Are you excited by the opportunity to lead a team of individuals? If so, you might be the perfect fit as our next Park Services Lead!The Park Services Lead position is a perfect job for someone who wants to gain professional confidence and improve their leadership and service skills. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.Lead a team of 5-10 park services employees following all federal and NH labor lawsMaintain the cleanliness of all areas of the park including office areasMaintain appropriate stock of Park Services supplies in all Park Services storage areasFacilitate the cleaning of restrooms hourly including toilets, urinals, sinks, floors and changing areasEnsure park grounds clear of all debris and assist in the emptying of trash barrels frequently and routinelyComplete regular daily paperwork and checklists as assignedAssist other departments as neededOther duties as assignedSKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years of age OR 16+ with prior leadership experienceDemonstrates ability leading a team and directing team members as necessaryProvides exceptional customer service to guestsAbility to quickly identify areas in need of service and promptly have them addressedWorks efficiently in an individual and team settingMust be able to read and understand printed instructions for chemical useAbility to frequently lift, carry or move items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to work in various weather and temperature conditionsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeRecognizes and promptly communicates or remedies safety concernsTeam member benefits:Working at Water Country is about making people happy.
