Role: Construction Assurance Manager
Location: Falmer, Brighton (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience + car allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
Do you have a high attention to detail and are you passionate about promoting quality and best practices in construction? Do you have experience as a Construction Assurance Manager in the water/waste water networks sector, and are you looking to develop your career?
 
I am pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity with my client, a large contractor working with Southern Water, who has an excellent reputation for delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
 
You will work on a portfolio of projects managing the technical quality assurance for construction, commissioning, and defects rectification activities on water and waste water network projects.
 
This is a hybrid role, meaning you will split your time between my client's office in Falmer and your home, on a 45-hour week.
 
Working with the Quality Manager and client assurance teams to ensure work is being delivered to a high standard, your role will involve supporting the approval of passing through key milestones, supporting the assessment/appointment of subcontractors and review of their procedures and managing and monitoring and reviewing the takeover and defects throughout all projects.
 
Essential attributes:
·Substantial experience as a Construction Assurance Manager or similar role in the water/waste water sector.
