Waste Team Leader

People who enjoy getting things done!The Role:Clancy are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a 2 person team carrying out repairs on the Waste Water network.You will be responsible for carrying out technical activities on a variety of workstreams which involves repairing and maintaining sewers.The role requires an extensive amount of physical activity so demonstrable ability to perform in this aspect is essential. You will also need to be comfortable with a large element of travel as you will be required to work in Inverness and surrounding areas.Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in…Undertake all aspects of work required by line managementUndertake activities in order to minimise disruption to local residents and meet the contract KPIs as well as meeting client specific requirementsEnsure all customer and client interaction is professional and in accordance with proceduresStrict compliance with legal and legislative policies and proceduresCooperate in any incident / accident / damage investigationAccurate and timely completion of all data recorded on information management systemsEnsure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulationsIf you have the following experience, don’t delay and apply today…We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following accreditations and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid.Please note, a full and valid driving licence for Team leader role is essential. 360 excavator, towing and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are all highly desirable.Our CompanyEvery day we work smarter, greener and use our imaginations.Our purpose at Clancy is simple - we make life better for everyone’s growing families.
