The Role Scope
✨ Working in our GOODS OUT department on the AM shift you will be responsible for the effective managment of a team of operatives, driving target-based performance and the following of procedure. You will monitor KPI and provide feedback as well as effectively communicating briefings, tasks and targets to your team. You will also assist with absence management including return to work meetings. As you work closely with your team you will identify upcoming talent and ensure all appraisals and trainings are completed effectively.
About You
✨Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable as is proven leadership experience. You will be a clear communicator with a consistently professional manner and strong organisational skills. A strong work ethic and be eager to lead by example for your team are essential.
