Mid Shift (Track) Supervisor
Purpose of the role
To support the Track Manager in leading and overseeing all warehouse functions that take place on the Mid shift. Coordinating the warehouse operatives (Pick, Stock and Logistics) to ensure all work is executed efficiently and accurately. Helping to manage and adhering to set and agreed KPIs and managing your direct reports in conjunction with these KPIs. Overseeing all warehouse processes ensuring they are being carried out correctly and highlighting areas for improvement. Being a positive and motivational influence for your direct reports (Warehouse operatives & Admin Team). Taking full responsibility for warehouse standards. This role is a vital link between the shop floor and the warehouse management and is a great opportunity for you to help develop the operation and move us onto the next level as well as developing yourself and your team.

Essential
- Experience in using MS Office software (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Experience in a warehouse environment
Desirable
- Experience using our Warehouse Management system.
- Experience in a Supervisory role
Knowledge & Personal Skills

- Managing a time critical operation
- Comfortable working alone, contributing to the team’s goals.
- Analytical thinker.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Desirable
- Experience dealing with a lot of data and being able to draw conclusions from it.
- Mentor and train inexperienced staff
- Willing to challenge staff on inefficiencies and metrics

12:30 - 21:00 (Monday to Friday)
