**Job Brief:**
Grace Recruit is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to join our client's team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
