* Lead and manage the team of 16, addressing people and performance issues effectively.
* Foster a positive work culture, upholding company rules through exemplary leadership.
* Manage the workflow of Packing/Production, ensuring adherence to operational, health & safety, and food safety procedures.
* Maintain a constant focus on food safety and quality.
* Proactively manage stock, labor, equipment, and wastage streams.
* Ensure accurate recording on the ERP system for traceability.Requirements:
* Experience in the food industry ideal but not essential.
* Engaging leadership style with a willingness to accept responsibility.
* Good production/packing knowledge.
* Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and system skills.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make tough decisions.
