Warehouse Shift Manager

Our client, a leading Ecommerce operation based in Doncaster are recruiting for a Shift manager for its fast moving distribution operation based out of Iport on a permanent basis.

Shifts - (Apply online only), Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility to overtime at peak operations

Salary £32,000 + £2,000 shift allowance **

Main Duties include;

• Oversee & manage all warehouse operations overt a shift 
• Lead & develop your people through reviews, performance, PDP's and create a positive environment for our people 
• Manage a safe working environment, following procedures 
• Manage space utilization to increase efficiency 
• Record maintaining 
• Manage all personnel & operational issues within the shift 
• Work with all the management team to ensure a cohesive shift flow & teamwork 
• Manage staff budgets and costs 

The successful person will demonstrate;

• Previous record of working in a similar role 
• High level of WMS systems & MS office
• Ability to manage a fast moving logistics operation 
• Look to drive efficiency & positivity 
• Be the problem solver 
• Ability to adapt to fast moving situations
