Warehouse/Production Operative

Abatec is actively recruiting a Production Machine Operative to join our client's Production Team in Yatton.

* Monday to Friday

* 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm (fixed shift)

* No weekends

* Monthly attandance bonus

* Progression and upskilling opportunities

Trainee Production Machine Operative – Manufacturing / Production

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery and equipment for assembly tasks

* Assemble various components according to specifications

* Conduct quality checks on assembled products

* Maintain a clean and organised work area

* Follow safety protocols and guidelines during the assembly process

Personal Skills and Experience:

* Proficient in hand and power tool operation

* Detail-oriented with precision in component assembly

* Effective problem-solving in technical scenarios

* Previous experience in manufacturing assembly work is advantageous
