This role is integral to our journey. As a Warehouse Person you will be creating a welcoming environment for all our customers, as well as ensuring our warehouse is kept to a high standard. You will achieve this by applying good housekeeping practices, reducing the risk of stock loss and taking a proactive approach to Health & Safety.But you won’t just be behind-the-scenes. Your fantastic customer service skills means that you’ll be able to support identifying new customers to help grow our business, as well as maintaining current customer relationships.Your skillset for performance:At Nobia we focus on three core values: Care – Inspire – Deliver. Customer service and a personable manner
Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge
The ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
Capability to manage to stock
