We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Spares Stores Operator to join our Manufacturing team on a permanent basis in Hamble. Within this role you will maintain the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Spares Stores in Hamble, labelling, storage and issuing of engineering spare parts is completed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records utilising the inventory management IT systems in accordance with relevant procedures.

You will be based in the Spares Stores to assist stores users to locate and extract spares. Organise storage through optimising bin locations, shelving, signage, whilst maintaining Stores hygiene and inventory security. This includes speaking with suppliers to obtain quotes for repairs and other issues that may arise, speaking with engineers and arranging repairs where required. Your role will also support other manufacturing teams, by directly investigating and providing feedback on spares inventory queries.

Paying �25,333pa this is a full time permanent position working Monday-Friday on day shifts.
