Warehouse Operatives

Due to contuinued growth & expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients workforce in their busy warehouse facility in Stone, Staffordshire as a Warehouse Operative. Own transport is essential due to public transport not running at the shift start and finish times. These are temporary to permanent positions for the right candidates. Responsibilities of a Warehouse operative: - Load and unload materials from trucks or containers - Perform heavy lifting of items and packages (15 - 20kg) - Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse - Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment to move and stack materials - Use warehouse management systems to track and locate stock - Assist with shipping and receiving processes - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently - Perform picking, packing & Labelling duties Experience required for a Warehouse Operative: - Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Ability to operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely - Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes - Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or similar software - Strong materials handling skills, including the ability to lift heavy objects If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
