If so, let's start the conversation.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Warehouse Specialist to join our Records Management Division at Iron Mountain. As an Inbound Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and organised handling of incoming boxes and files, ensuring accurate processing and timely dispatch to other depots and facilities across the UK.Role: Full Time, PermanentHours: 40 Hours per week, between 4pm - 1am, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend workLocation: Barton Hill, BristolResponsibilities:Receive incoming boxes and files brought in by local drivers.Scan, create tickets, and accurately record information for each received item.Palletise and prepare items for dispatch to other depots and facilities within the UK.Collaborate with local drivers to ensure smooth and timely inbound operations.Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of records.Organise and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.Adhere to established protocols and standard operating procedures.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.About you:Previous experience in a warehouse or records management environment is preferred.A forklift Licence would be advantageousProficient in using scanning equipment and inventory management systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to lift and move boxes of various sizes and operate pallet jacks.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with records management practices is a plus.What we offerA competitive remuneration and benefits package including HealthcareSolid support system where you will have a safe place to voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your true authentic selfGlobal connectivity to learn from 26,000+ teammates across 52 countries.A winning team who embrace diversity, inclusion, and our differences.An opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in a high trust positionCategory: Operations GroupIron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
