Do you want a join a leading FMCG distribution warehouse in the heart of Birmingham and be a key asset to their business? My long-standing client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations and Administration Manager who understands FMCG operations in a warehousing environment.
The company employs over 80 staff and has seen phenomenal growth over the last 20 years.
Reporting to the Operations Director your role will be to support the warehousing function with operations and administration. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities working in a warehousing environment and understand the importance of FMCG.
Reporting to the Operations Director your duties will be as follows;
� Oversee and manage the daily operations of warehousing operations and administration team
� Be responsible for logistics, goods in and goods out administration procedures
� Coach and lead their team to excellence
� Supervise and provide training for all new staff
� Efficient and effective in warehousing processes and procedures
� Return to work and disciplinary procedures
� Support HR with interviewing and new hire requests
� Extremely organised and thorough in their approach
� Be flexible with hours and demands of the business
� Advanced WMS experience ( SAP desirable )
The Warehousing Operations and Administration Manager will have experience in working on the shop floor as well as having an understanding the role will need at times to be in office with the team.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary �28,000 - �30,000
