Warehouse Manager

Pure Resourcing Solutions are supporting a key client of ours in their search for an expereinced Warehouse Manager.Position: Warehouse ManagerReports to: Operations DirectorType: Full Time, PermanentSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceMain Tasks:Management:Oversee all warehouse operations staff across Goods In, Despatch, and Decorated/Tour hub departments.Stock Management:Manage Goods In/Out stock logging to ensure accurate client stock records.Utilize company order/stock/distribution fulfilment systems.Order Fulfilment:Ensure accuracy in garment and customer pick orders/splits.Ensure timely dispatch of daily customer consignments for both UK and international markets.Customer Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.Training and Safety:Deliver training to both new and existing staff.Lead Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring daily and monthly inspections are completed and best practices followed.Person Specifications:Experience:Extensive experience in warehouse management, particularly in goods in/despatch and stock control within a busy, high-volume environment.Skills:Proficient in warehouse operating systems and practices.Strong organisational and time management skills.Solutions-oriented and capable of working independently.Attributes:Leadership qualities.Strong communication skills.Computer literacy.Team player.Self-discipline and reliability.Hours:Standard Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to FridayFlexibility: Required to work outside standard hours during peak periodsBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Day shift, Monday to FridayRequired Experience:Minimum of 4 years in Warehouse ManagementLocation: In personIf you feel you're well suited for the position please apply now!
