• A vibrant energetic work setting ROLE DETAILSMy client is a busy and innovative small group of 3D printing professionals. Their goal is to supply quality components to automotive and industrial sectors.They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to ensure smooth operations.This role will play a critical part in supporting our production team and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to their customers.EXPERIENCEManage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping operations.Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software, ensuring proper stock levels are always maintained.Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies for manufacturing.Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.Lead, motivate, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to ensure all warehouse equipment is in optimal working condition.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
