Warehouse ManagerMilton KeynesSalary negotiable dependent on experiencePermanent, Full-TimeUK CommsLtd is a well-known and highly regarded company which specialises in designing and installing major in-building projects using Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells and other innovative technologies to improve wireless coverage and capacity; working with mobile operators, neutral host providers and property owners.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to join our team based in Milton Keynes.Duties: Manage all aspects of stock management, including inventory control and tracking.Conduct regular van checks and organise maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records.Perform site audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.Audit engineers' tools, workwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain quality standards.Produce invoices for lost items and oversee the ordering of replacement items.Liaise with PM s to ensure timely ordering of stock for upcoming projects.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.Assist in gaining and maintaining ISO accreditation.Ensure compliance with Safe Contractor Accreditation requirements.Prepare site equipment and organise site deliveries.Perform PAT testing as required.Negotiate with suppliers The candidate: Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a similar industry.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
