Warehouse Manager

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and personable Warehouse Manager to join our client on a permanent basis in East Kilbride!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:45pm

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing warehouse operations in line with the company's policies and goals
• Ensuring staff motivation is high and that this is reflected in the team's performance
• Managing receiving, warehousing, distribution, transport and processing operations
• Stock control and updating internal systems
• Producing reports to highlight targets and key productivity statistics
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations
• Organising rotas and conducting appraisals

What we'll need from you:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager
• A people-centred approach to work, and disciplinary investigation experience
• Experience using warehouse management software, databases and Microsoft Office
• A health & safety background and IOSH qualification (preferable)
