Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Warehouse & Logistics Manager has arisen. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within an FMCG business turning over at least £8M per annum
Responsibilities
Manage the relationship with third party partners and suppliers
Ensure there is a cohesive approach to stock management
Analyse data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Coordinate inventory management activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet workload demands.
Implement quality control procedures
Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies.
Work closely with customer service teams to ensure accurate and on-time order deliveries.
You will be part of the Operations leadership team, where you will contribute to key strategic decisions of the business.
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse management and operations within the beauty and wellness industry or a similar FMCG environment within a business turning over at least £8M
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
NetSuite ERP, Shopify and Monday.com experience
MS Office Experience particularly with Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
