About The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the LPA warehouse facility particularly the delivery of the lighting orders for our clients’ projects, working closely with the Project Coordination Team, delivering single site projects, as well as multi-site rollouts across multiple sectors, in the UK & wider EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Picking, packing and despatching of orders in a timely manner.
Fulfilling orders in system (Netsuite)
Receiving stock, performing quality checks and processing in system.
Booking relevant transport for deliveries including all documentation.
Undertaking works orders (modification of stock) as directed, physically and reflecting in system, supervised by the relevant Project Coordinator and the Head of Design.
Preparation of samples for clients and Sales colleagues
Leading and participating in stock take activity.
Keeping the warehouse accurate, clean, tidy and well organised
Monitoring stock levels in 3PL location in Europe.
Monitoring stock levels of regularly used items and informing the Projects Team to purchase.
About you
You are a proactive and organised team player, comfortable working both internally with colleagues, but also externally with logistics partners, clients and suppliers, across UK, Europe and beyond.
Essential Requirements
Experience in a previous similar warehouse/logistics role
Comfortable working under pressure to strict deadlines
Proactive and ‘self-starting’ attitude to work and able to use own initiative.
Appropriate stamina and fitness levels to enable the lifting and moving of packages for an extended period.
Easy access to the LPA site in Abingdon
Good attention to detail, time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer literature – Microsoft Office
Culturally aware
Desired Requirements
Experience using Netsuite (Oracle) CRM
Forklift license desirable
