Job DescriptionManaging and leading a team of warehouse operatives throughout the night shift.Ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively in line with company policy.Overseeing the receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of retail products.Implementing health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of all employees.Training and developing team members to achieve their full potential.Resolving any issues or disputes which may arise during the shift.Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports to senior management.Continually striving to improve processes and procedures within the warehouse. The Successful Applicant A successful Warehouse First Line Manager - Nights should have:A proven track record in a similar role within the retail industry.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
