Warehouse Deputy Manager

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and personable Warehouse Deputy Manager to join our client on a permanent basis in Bathgate!

Schedule: Shifts starting at 12pm

Salary: £15.27 per hour

As a Warehouse Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and supervising a team of Logistics Assistants, ensuring they are motivated and working effectively
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
• Assisting with deliveries, picking orders and utilising pallets
• Ensuring targets for your team are met
• Coaching and motivating your team

What we'll need from you:

• Previous experience of performance management and attendance management
• Knowledge and experience of using Manhattan WMS (essential)
• Background in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills
