Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to run the warehouse functions, ensuring a smooth operation and schedules are maintained.Within this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fitters, ordering materials on their CRM system and will work closely with the team to acquire required equipment ensuring a timely delivery. Within this role, our client is seeking an individual with a hands-on approach, and who is open to covering the fitters from time-to-time in their absence.Position Requirements: Must be flexible with duties/ hours.Proven experience of managing warehouse and people.Proven experience of machine operation.Oversee Plant Fitters, monitoring performance, schedules, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Ensure that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain and meet delivery deadlines.Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Driven and confident leader with a hands-on attitude.Good IT/ CRM software proficiency.Experience with using different machines/ hand-held tools.PAT testing.Streamline Search is a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the United Kingdom.
