We would love to discuss it with you in more detail!Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:PARs – taking and uploading pics for damaged parts, filing PARs, following up, returning pars, scrap parts on-site, ensuring credits come in (more follow-up)Posting – PA orders, misc vendors, transfers, single linesMatching, stamping, uploading, stapling, filing.Yooz – coding, correcting mistakes and re-uploading.Uploading orders: Manual Allocation, Critical, Stock, Wreck, Emergency, and Direct ShipResponsible for tracking down missing parts for salespeople (external) - for pickers (internal)Cycle countsScanning, uploading, verifying count, checking open invoices, checking history (PDA) for discrepancies, and noting/adjusting.Adjusting inventory as needed (PS)Dealerpoint – looking into and correcting issues.End of Month - tracking down not-yet-received parts and following up, posting, coding for EOM deadline, ensuring any outstanding invoices from all vendors are inputted and coded in YoozNegatives – back up investigate.Misc: Part # set up, inventory adjustments, take cheques to safe, maintaining filing system (archiving, folder tabs), etc.Other duties as assigned.Warehouse Associate Requirements:Excellent customer service skillsAbility to ensure use proper safety equipment.Computer proficiencyExcellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Ability to interact well with others and be a positive influence on morale of department, dealership and organization.CAIND-PartsReady to Join?Apply now to learn more about what Premier Truck Group has to offer!PTG is committed to fostering an equitable, inclusive and accessible environment where all employees and customers are valued, respected and supported.
