Ward Pharmacist roles - Band 7/8a - Coventry - Long term

Hunter Gatherer AHP have several very exciting Band 7/8a locum opportunities based with several NHS Hospital services, located in and around Coventry (West Midlands), for Locum Band 7/8a Pharmacists to join the ward and dispensary teams from April 2024 onwards, on ongoing contracts up to 12 months! This role will be paid at Band 7/8a level. 
PLEASE NOTE – previous hospital wards experience is requirement for these roles.

The role will be to cover the various inpatient wards and complete the clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing, there will also be some accuracy checking of medication, offering advice on dosages and side effects of drug interaction, and maintain accurate and detailed records of all medications processed. Medical/Surgical/Renal wards.
The working pattern and daily hours is 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) Monday – Friday, there will be no on call or weekend working needed. For the right applicant, part time working may be considered (3 – 4 days per week). 
Applicants must have some form of prior ward based hospital pharmacy experience to be suitable for these roles.
These services are seeking cover immediately (April 2024), and the roles will be a contract length of up to 12 months, long term!
The service is a large NHS Trust located in the heart of Coventry with physical health wards to be covered. Medical/Surgical/Renal wards.

– x2 Locum Band 7/8a Hospital Pharmacists needed – NHS Hospital in Coventry, seeking cover. 
– £30 – £37.50 per hour (paid via Direct Engagement PAYE) , depending on experience and banding.
– Hospital experience required!
– Start date: April 2024!

– Duration: Up to 12 months! 
– Full time or part time hours (3,4 or 5 days per week)
