Assisting and greeting families and friends of patients on the unit as a receptionist

Experience of using all Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets, EXCEL, power point etc.
Previous experience in a secretarial / administrative role
Experience of working in the health service
Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge / experience of EPR
Knowledge and experience of ICNARC
Skills
Essential
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Qualifications

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Good general education
