Job DescriptionCoordinate, manage and track cases of vulnerable customers.Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve issues.Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's mission and values.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Report on case progress, customer feedback, and improvements made.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Promote a culture of high-quality customer service within the team. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Vulnerable Customer Coordinator' should have:Experience in customer service, especially within a call centre environment.Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
