Job DescriptionOur client is an award winning global investment group looking to expand its operations in Asia.They are seeking a VP to join their Real Estate Investments Group - Private Equity /credit based in Tokyo.Key responsibilities of this role include:Analysis of opportunities across the Asian markets, creating of financial models for underwriting and asset management purposesSupport in structuring potential acquisitionsSupporting management and reporting of new and existing investment opportunitiesWorking in collaboration with senior members with origination and sourcing new opportunitiesKey requirements of this role include:5+ years' experience in real estate from either Investment Banking, Private Equity or Advisory.Excellent financial modelling skillsExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong presentation skillsMature and confident approach to engage successfully with senior members of the team.Further details on application
