Protecting the World’s Critical InfrastructureThe PositionWe are looking for an experienced business and technical management professional to lead one of our critical advanced technology and business lines focusing on threat intelligence and malware analysis. This leader will bring best practices and a proven track record in establishing a business-first, enterprise-centric product organization delivering software-based cloud and on-premise server-side solutions. Cybersecurity experience is required to understand the competitive landscape of the market and develop strategies that align with the growing demand.As VP of Products, you will be responsible for managing the product line operations and the P&L for the entire business; full ownership in defining and executing the product and market strategies; and exploring new product directions. You are expected to be an individual with strong leadership who can influence and execute visions following the company directions.In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will collaborate with and drive multiple cross functional teams to deliver OPSWAT's Malware Analysis Solutions to the customers’ hands. You must have strong analytical skills, data-driven and partnering mindset; research the relevant market and industries to understand customer problem sets and navigate paths for the best fit solution strategy.You should have a combination of hands-on leadership experience, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn. You will expect to have end-to-end ownership of an entire business line and accelerate its growth. The position offers a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing enterprise-focused cybersecurity company to protect the world’s critical infrastructure.What You Will Be DoingResponsible for P&L and the annual financial targets for product lines.Continuous improvement on product net promoter score (NPS).Measure and improve customer retention rate.Work with technical leadership for next-generation products and technologies.Develop subject matter expertise on competitive landscape, value propositioning and industry trends for sales teams, channel partners and the broader organization.Deliver sales training and enablement tools such as sales kits, qualification and messaging guides for sales effectiveness.Review sales activities and pipelines with sales organizations, actively resolve deal blockers.Manage partnerships for joint go-to-market opportunities.Oversee and govern data integrity of business, customer, sales information for relevant product lines in CRM system.Help improve New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and define clear metrics of performance.Create content for thought leadership, including white papers, webinars, and presentations.Drive strategy and content for sales tools and sales presentations.Review, mentor, measure and grow team members in the organizationsRepresent the company at various speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, industry analyst briefings, etc. and help establish OPSWAT as a leader in the market placeWhat We Need From YouCybersecurity domain experience, including threat intelligence, malware analysis, and sandbox technology is a must.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field.10+ years of Product Management and/or Business Development experience in relevant cybersecurity industries.A successful track record of ideating, designing, and taking security products to market.Experience owning a P&L for a business with a track record of growth.Be a collaborative team player with the ability to manage, influence, and achieve business unit alignment with corporate objectives.Experience in managing, developing products on cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.Strong knowledge of technologies and analytic aptitude in understanding industry trends and dynamics in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, i.e. Government, Defense, Banking & Financial Services, Technology SectorsExcellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations with high attention to detail.Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software startup environment.Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and experience in building and leading multiregional product teamsIt Would Be Nice If You HadPreviously owned a business and its operations.Complete understanding and ownership of P&L.Responsible for GTM from strategy to execution.OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
